We offer a generous 30-day return period. This window begins on the date the tracking information provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) confirms that the package was successfully delivered to your designated shipping address.
If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. We encourage all customers to inspect their apparel immediately upon arrival to ensure the size, color, and quality meet their requirements.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, we must insist that returned items meet strict eligibility criteria. For a return to be accepted for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
Items that do not meet these criteria—such as a t-shirt with visible wear, a hoodie that has been laundered, or a hat with the tags removed—will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

We do not charge restocking fees for any of our hoodies, shirts, or hats. Furthermore, for customers within the United States, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, ensuring that the return process costs you nothing out of pocket.
Once your return package is received at our Miami facility (17401 Ne 6th Ave, Miami, Fl 33162), it undergoes a formal quality inspection.
Note: Financial institutions may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
Quality control is at the heart of Gleraugu. If you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@gleraugu.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage. We will offer a choice of an immediate replacement or a full refund.
The most efficient way to ensure you get the size or color you want is to return the item you have for a full refund and then place a new, separate order on https://gleraugu.com/. This ensures the item is in stock and allows for the fastest possible delivery.
For logistical and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned: Gift Cards (non-refundable) and Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or refund).
