Gleraugu Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

At Gleraugu (https://gleraugu.com/), we operate with a high-efficiency fulfillment model to ensure your hoodies, t-shirts, and hats reach you as quickly as possible. Because we begin processing orders almost immediately after they are placed, there is a very limited window of time during which we can cancel or modify an order.

This policy outlines the specific timelines and procedures required should you need to change or rescind your order. Please read these terms carefully to understand your options once a purchase has been finalized on our Site.

1. The Cancellation Window

To maintain our commitment to a 1 to 2 business day handling time, our warehouse team begins the picking and packing process shortly after the daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off time.

  • Standard Cancellation Period: You may request a cancellation for a full refund as long as the order has not yet entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status. Generally, this means you have until our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST on the day the order was placed.
  • Orders Placed After Cut-Off: If you place an order at 8:00 PM EST on a Tuesday, you have until 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday to request a cancellation.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday can be canceled at any time until 5:00 PM EST on the following Monday.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or a shipping label has been generated with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we can no longer cancel the shipment.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order within the permitted window, you must contact our support team immediately. We recommend the following steps:

  • Email Us: Send an urgent email to support@gleraugu.com.
  • Subject Line: Use “URGENT: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Details: Clearly state your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.

Our team will review your request during our business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday – Saturday). If intercepted before dispatch, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. Modifying Your Order (Size, Color, or Item)

Pre-Processing Changes: If your order has not yet been processed, we can manually update the items. Email support@gleraugu.com immediately with the changes.

Price Differences: If the modification results in a higher price, we will send a secure payment link for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Post-Processing Changes: If your order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot change the contents. You will need to follow our 30-Day Return Policy once the package arrives.

4. Shipping Address Modifications

  • Before Dispatch: If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address at no cost as long as the label has not been printed.
  • After Dispatch: Once with the carrier, Gleraugu cannot redirect the shipment. You may contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for “Package Intercept,” though they may charge an additional fee which is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Policy for Orders Already in Transit

If your request arrives after the package has left our Miami facility, the order is “In Transit” and cannot be stopped. Please do not refuse the delivery. Instead:

  1. Accept the delivery.
  2. Keep items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  3. Contact us to initiate a standard return under our 30-Day Return Policy.

6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact us within the cancellation window. We will cancel the duplicate and ensure you are only charged for the intended purchase. If shipped before notification, both will be subject to our standard return policy.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

When an order is successfully canceled before shipping:

  • Refund Amount: 100% refund, including the $6.99 shipping fee and taxes.
  • Processing Time: We initiate the refund immediately. It may take 7 business days for the transaction to be finalized on our end, plus 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
