Because we begin processing orders almost immediately after they are placed, there is a very limited window of time during which we can cancel or modify an order.
This policy outlines the specific timelines and procedures required should you need to change or rescind your order. Please read these terms carefully to understand your options once a purchase has been finalized on our Site.
To maintain our commitment to a 1 to 2 business day handling time, our warehouse team begins the picking and packing process shortly after the daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off time.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or a shipping label has been generated with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we can no longer cancel the shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order within the permitted window, you must contact our support team immediately. We recommend the following steps:
Our team will review your request during our business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday – Saturday). If intercepted before dispatch, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Pre-Processing Changes: If your order has not yet been processed, we can manually update the items. Email support@gleraugu.com immediately with the changes.
Price Differences: If the modification results in a higher price, we will send a secure payment link for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Post-Processing Changes: If your order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot change the contents. You will need to follow our 30-Day Return Policy once the package arrives.
If your request arrives after the package has left our Miami facility, the order is “In Transit” and cannot be stopped. Please do not refuse the delivery. Instead:
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact us within the cancellation window. We will cancel the duplicate and ensure you are only charged for the intended purchase. If shipped before notification, both will be subject to our standard return policy.
