Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Gleraugu, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and transparent process regarding returns and refunds. Please note, all policies apply within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, or unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Missing Return Label?
Return labels are not included in our packages. If you need to initiate a return, simply email us at support@gleraugu.com, and we’ll guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.
3. How to Start a Return
Please contact support@gleraugu.com with the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
- Reason for return
- Photos or a short video of the product (required if it’s defective or damaged)
4. Refunds (7-Day Processing)
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 24–48 hours), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed and issued within 7 business days.
- The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We provide free exchanges or full refunds for items that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
- Wrong size received (not as ordered)
In these cases, Gleraugu will cover all return shipping costs. Please reach out to support@gleraugu.com immediately for assistance.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order may have already entered the production or fulfillment phase. Important: Please double-check your shipping address. If the address provided is incorrect and delivery fails, Gleraugu cannot be held responsible for the resulting loss.
