Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States, regardless of the number of items in your cart.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. This includes 1-2 business days for handling (Monday-Friday) and 2-5 business days for transit (Monday-Friday).
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. Gleraugu has a $0 restocking fee policy. We also provide free pre-paid return shipping labels for domestic orders.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we initiate the refund within 7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Requests must be made before our 5:00 PM EST daily cut-off on business days.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact support@gleraugu.com immediately. We can update the address if the shipping label has not yet been printed.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is Powered by PayPal, using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never see or store your full credit card information.
