9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Florida.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that your use of the Services will be at your sole risk. In no event will Gleraugu or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
