Our standard handling time for all orders is strictly 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
During this dedicated handling period, our warehouse fulfillment team undertakes several critical steps to ensure the accuracy and quality of your order. The transit time is the period it takes for the courier to transport your package from our Miami facility to your designated delivery address. Our standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).

Please be advised that the total expected delivery timeframe is calculated by adding the handling time to the transit time. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within a total of 3 to 7 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed, assuming it is placed before the cut-off time.

Depending on the size, weight, and specific destination of your order, we will dynamically select the most efficient carrier. Our authorized delivery partners include: USPS (United Parcel Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (Federal Express).
By utilizing a multi-carrier approach, we ensure that your specific residential or commercial address is serviced by the network best equipped to deliver there promptly. The selection of the carrier is handled entirely by our automated logistics system to optimize your delivery experience.
Once your order has completed the handling phase and has been physically handed over to one of our designated carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will immediately dispatch a Shipping Confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This automated email will contain a summary of the items dispatched, the specific carrier, and a unique, clickable tracking number.
Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hours from the receipt of the tracking email for the carrier’s digital tracking system to update and reflect the package’s current status.
The accuracy of the shipping address is solely the responsibility of the customer. Gleraugu utilizes an automated label generation system that prints exactly what is entered into the shipping fields.
Order Modifications Before Dispatch: Contact support@gleraugu.com immediately. If a shipping label has not been generated, we will update the address for you.
Order Modifications After Dispatch: Once assigned a tracking number, Gleraugu loses the capability to alter the destination. We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
Delayed Packages: Transit times of 2 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, disasters, or carrier backlogs.
Packages Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received: If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate it: (1) Verify address, (2) Inspect all entry points, (3) Inquire with neighbors or management, (4) Allow a full 48 hours to pass as drivers may scan early. If still missing after 48 hours, contact support@gleraugu.com.
If a package is returned to our Miami facility as “Undeliverable” (invalid address, refused, etc.), we will contact you. For customer errors, a secondary shipping fee of $6.99 will apply for reshipment. If cancelled, the original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
We accept orders for P.O. Boxes via USPS. Regarding military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), handling times of 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) still apply, but transit times can be significantly longer due to military mail routing.
This policy applies exclusively to shipments within the domestic United States. Gleraugu does not currently offer direct international shipping. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated directly at checkout based on the destination.
